It has now been 4 days since I had arm liposuction. I wasn’t originally on the heavier side, and I usually like working out, so I do a lot of strength training and cardio. Other areas really did get flatter, like my stomach, and my legs got slimmer too, but the fat on my arms really would not come off... (I’m 162 cm and weigh around 53 kg.) After thinking about it, I went in for a consultation, and I trusted the director because he seemed so confident, so I only had one consultation at one place and booked right away. During the consultation, the consultant said some people even go to work the next day after arm surgery and that it was manageable, so I went in without being nervous, but it was a bit more painful than I expected lol On days 1 and 2, I could barely use my arms, and even when I went out for a walk, the slight vibration hurt. The most painful part was putting on the compression garment on day 2. I seriously thought I’d never be able to use my arms again lololololol On day 1, after surgery at the hospital, the nurse helped me, so I didn’t know it would be that bad.. (It did hurt then too though haha) So on the night of day 2, I thought I couldn’t go on like that, and while enduring the tearing pain, I stretched really hard. From day 3, I started to feel somewhat human again. From day 3, I was able to put on the compression garment by myself right away! When I wake up, I still feel really intense muscle soreness like the day after a hard workout, but after moving around for about 5 minutes, it gets better. I’ll leave the before-and-after photos below! There’s still swelling, right..? But the before-and-after difference is already so big that I’m already satisfied. I was originally going to write a review after week 1, but I wanted to show it off, so I’m writing quickly lololol I think it looks a bit slimmer in real life than in the photos! The hospital is ㄹㅇㄹㅇ, and I had everything done up to the arms, armpit area, and scapular area. As for the price, honestly, getting a direct consultation is the most accurate, so I recommend a consultation. The consultant and director were both so kind, and the director said he personally operated on his own older sister and wife, so I trusted that and just didn’t go for consultations at other hospitals. Now that I’ve written it, it sounds too much like an ad... but it’s not! lol This concludes my review paid for with my own money~
