I’m on day 12 after buried-suture double-eyelid surgery, and the right side had more bruising and worse swelling. My eyes were very uneven to begin with, so I’m not too bothered by asymmetry between the two sides, but people around me keep saying I look sleepy.. The line was done at 8 mm. I originally wanted it a bit large, in a Japanese outline style, but it seems to have turned into an in-out line.. Also, I have severe protruding eyes. I did consult about having ptosis correction and epicanthoplasty together, but the doctor didn’t recommend it, so I didn’t do them. Will the line come down a lot as the swelling goes down more? When I open my eyes with a lot of force!! the line looks thinner and much better, but when I open them the way I normally do, it looks like the photos. Everyone, what do you think? Please take a look and tell me whether the line height is too high, and how epicanthoplasty / upper epicanthoplasty might look.
