With an incisional method, the major swelling lasts two to three months, so you have to wait. Don’t be too impatient. I think the line came out well.

[@비니몬] I go for walks and run every day, and I drink pumpkin juice and water spinach juice every day too, but I still have no sensation on the mucous membrane side lol The clinic did say on the first day that I’m the type whose swelling won’t go down easily.. I’m going for a follow-up next week, so I’m going to talk to them then But after 3 days post-op, warm compresses are definitely more effective!! More than twice a day!!

I’m also entering week 4, and in the morning it’s worse than yours, and only in the afternoon does it seem to go down slightly haha I’m going crazy.. When I do warm compresses, I strangely swell more, so I can’t even do that, and it’s so stressful

If it’s 9 mm, isn’t the line set on the high side?? We’ll know after the swelling goes down a bit more. On day 3, this amount of swelling is normal.

[@cykshy] Hey, I’m now 3 weeks out too, and the swelling has gone down a lot!!! I think eating a low-salt diet helped me a lot. At work, I just fill in the mucous membrane and tail with eyeliner, and it’s okay. Try adjusting what you eat!!
