I had lower eyelid fat repositioning and anterior cheek fat grafting in July 2024, and I’m living very satisfied with it now. I was really worried that I might look awkward because my aegyo-sal would disappear, and I even asked the director about fat grafting to the aegyo-sal, but he said the surgery would be done without touching the aegyo-sal, and that fat grafting there would actually look unnatural, so he didn’t recommend it. I didn’t do it, and my original aegyo-sal is still well preserved, so I’m satisfied! For the anterior cheek fat grafting, for a few weeks after getting it done, it was naturally plump, which I liked, but it disappeared quickly lol I first learned at another hospital that fat grafting can have a second round, but they didn’t tell me that here, so I just feel it would have been nice if they had told me that too. Both the director and the consultant were kind. Even about 2 weeks after surgery, my eyes felt a bit stiff, so I asked the consultant, and she answered kindly. That is completely gone now, and I’m very satisfied.
