When removing it~

Can you remove only the cartilage at the tip of the nose, without removing the silicone? Right now the tip of my nose is lifted up, but if the cartilage is removed, will the lifted part come down a bit??

The swelling keeps going down little by little... But... if you do it with the closed approach, do you get that many nasal blood scabs? I don't know whether I should pick them off.. or just leave them alone....
