<After><After><After><Before><Before>After struggling with rhinitis and a hump nose for over 20 years, I started looking into plastic surgery two years ago, but before surgery, I wanted to see if filler could improve it. Even after getting filler, far from improving, it seemed like the hump stood out even more, so I finally got the surgery I had only been thinking about. Because a natural look was what I wanted, I absolutely did not want major changes to my nose. When I said I wanted surgery without an implant, they told me it would definitely be possible with my nose, so I trusted them and chose them. I also felt reassured when they drew on a photo of my nose and explained that it would look like this after surgery. I had surgery for deviated septum, rhinitis, hump nose osteotomy, nasal bridge osteotomy, and bulbous nose correction, and the tip was raised slightly with septal cartilage. The nasal packing was removed right away after one day, and after that I could breathe well. After the splint was removed, I thought it was a bit disappointing because the line was slightly straight, but after the swelling went down and about a month passed, it settled well in a way that suited my face, between a straight-with-slight-curve line and a semi-ski-slope line. If the nasal tip does not droop, I have absolutely no thoughts of revision surgery. After surgery, I also developed a daily routine of touching my nasal bridge.
