<Eyes><Eyes>After my first double eyelid surgery, as time passed, the right double eyelid came undone and my eyes became uneven, which stressed me out, so after 12 years? I had revision surgery. It’s been a little over 2 weeks since the surgery, and I also had fat grafting above the inner corner of my right eye.. When I look at the surgical line itself, it’s not uneven. But on the left side, the double eyelid at the inner corner of the eye tucks in naturally, while on the right side it doesn’t.. Is it not tucking in because of the fat grafting? Or is it because, in the early stage, I couldn’t apply warm compresses to the right eye because of the fat grafting, and after a little over 1 week the asymmetry was severe, so the clinic told me to do compresses and I only started then, so maybe the swelling hasn’t gone down because I started compresses late..? The swelling in my left eye has been going down quickly since week 1, so it looks the same as my eyes before double eyelid surgery,, If the swelling in my right eye just hasn’t gone down, will the asymmetry go away if I diligently do eye exercises and warm compresses? I’m curious why the left and right look different when the lines are the same
단비거야 First of all, the basic eye shape of the right and left eyes is a little different! If you look, the right side is thin and long, while the left side is round and steep! It’s because the pulling force of the epicanthal fold is different! And the right side has more swelling... As time passes, I think it’ll either get hidden or become natural enough that it won’t bother you much, so don’t worry too much.
끼까1 It looks like scar tissue has formed at the inner corner of the left eye, and because of that, the inner-corner line seems to look high when you look straight ahead.

Because of the difference in swelling, the clinic said they’ll check again next week and give me a triamcinolone injection, but I saw that the injection can have some side effects... If it will go down naturally, would it be better not to get it?
