For improving a bulbous nose, they’ll probably need to make it a bit more dramatic. At ㅇㅇ, Director ㅇㅁ is famous, and at ㄹㅂㄹ, Director ㅇㅅㅇ is famous. If you’re looking at other places too, the reviews for Director ㅊㄱㅇ at ㅍㄴ have a similar feel too. It doesn’t feel too thin and narrow, and they seem to pay a lot of attention to the nasal tip.

I also hate an overly pointy Pinocchio nose Since you’re already looking at Louvre from your list, I think you could also choose among Pint, Another, and Top Class... There were lots of reviews for bulbous nose improvement too, and many reviews with a variety of cases.

People do go to ㅈㅇㅈ or ㄷㄴ a lot. They’re famous too. Or ㄴㄴ seemed good as well. There were lots of revision rhinoplasty reviews too.

For The Door, I’m thinking of Director Um Jae-ho... And doesn’t Louvre have only one director?

Among your list, ㄹㅂㄹ, ㄷㄷㅇ, and ㅈㅇㅈ seem like they’d be refined but natural. ㅇㅇ and ㄷㄴ seem more on the flashy side... But even so, it’s better to decide after getting consultations and seeing how they say they’ll shape it for you.

Agreed. It’s hard enough to find a clinic that uses costal cartilage well;;; and finding one that does costal cartilage well in a natural to refined-but-natural style seems seriously hard./;; I think I’ll need to use costal cartilage too because of my nasal tip... So far I’m looking at 잇ㅊㅂ and 안ㅅㅎ.
