Director Ok Jae-jin’s consultation was the most professional and detailed among all the places I have visited so far for consultations. Since he has experience, he had a somewhat authoritative and occasionally firm tone, so people who are timid may feel that he is not a good fit.
However, the hospital’s administrative process and the kindness and professionalism of the consultants were very poor. The consultant in charge of me had a somewhat confrontational attitude, and although I visited 8 places for consultations, she was the unfriendliest person. The lobby was also very chaotic.. There was always a man waiting at the reception desk, and I do not know what work he does, but is he in charge of handling difficult customers...? He felt a bit intimidating.
I tried to make a reservation based only on Director Ok Jae-jin’s experience and surgical skill, but the other factors bothered me too much, so it is still on my candidate list. There was a review saying that the consultants and hospital system lower the director’s level, and I think that is very true. I hope they think once more about the fact that, in operating a plastic surgery clinic, there are things even more important besides the doctor, improve their operating method, and become a better clinic.
