The nose I did not want was one where the nasal tip looked like someone had grabbed it with their hand and stretched it out. The kind of nose that makes the person looking at it feel nose pain. It was obviously a surgically altered nose, but I repeatedly emphasized that I absolutely did not want a nose that was too pointy, like a witch nose, with the nasal tip looking pulled.
