I had no-implant rhinoplasty for a long nose and a beaked nose at a cosmetic surgery clinic! First, the surgery itself was much less painful than I expected, and because of that there was not much swelling or bruising afterward either. Although each person is different, I think it is because the surgeon performed the procedure very cleanly. Aside from that, I am very satisfied with my nose shape. When I went for the rhinoplasty consultation, I did not bring a photo of the exact shape I wanted, and I only asked them to make it suitable for my face, and with no-implant rhinoplasty they truly did just that! My nose was also curved and my facial asymmetry was quite severe, so it must have been really difficult, but I feel the best shape was made, so I am very grateful to the surgeon. Whenever I looked in the mirror, the severe beaked nose had been a stress for me, so I am very happy that it has been solved! It is only been about a month since I had this no-implant rhinoplasty, so there may still be residual swelling, but I already really like how it looks now I am looking forward to it becoming softer and more natural like my own nose as 3 and 6 months pass...!
