Plastic surgery clinic consultation... It was a famous clinic I went to after hearing by word of mouth that they were good.. Fine.. They do a lot of surgeries and many patients crowd in, so I can understand they might be busy... So repeating the same things every time could be tiring.. But isn't that the job they chose anyway? That person, whether they were the director or manager at that clinic..... They're not even the head doctor, so why are they so arrogant they practically reach the sky... Rolling their eyes around while cutting off every sentence.. Is giving irrelevant answers their specialty?.. I was asking questions because I was curious, since I've never had plastic surgery before, but they treated me as if I were someone trying to nitpick... It was truly unbelievably unpleasant. I mean, are their eyeballs bowling balls? Why do they roll them so enthusiastically every time they start talking??? Are my questions that ridiculous? "How much scarring will remain?" "I mean, haven't you had surgery before? Of course scars remain." "How is the anesthesia done?" "The director will take care of it well." It kept going like that.. I felt honored just to be allowed to ask questions.. When I first called to make a consultation appointment, this same person answered the phone... They said "Please hold" three times and kept playing around transferring me to other people, then finally answered at the end and said.. "Come at five." "Oh, okay? Then my name is..." Beep beep beep... -_- They just hung up.. Fine.. maybe they didn't hear.. maybe they're busy... maybe they don't need to know my name... They said 5, so let's just go... So I went, and unfortunately this person's character was exactly what I had worried it would be.. When I entered the consultation room, were they telling me to hurry in? They even pushed my back.. After the consultation ended, I hadn't even talked to this person for 10 minutes.. but with their whole body they were expressing, as if, since our clinic is doing well, either schedule surgery right away or don't bother us and leave.. After that, no matter what I asked, they consistently gave irrelevant answers. They kept saying to themselves, "We do it by calculating the proportions," "The price is 000" (I didn't even ask!) and for the rest of the questions, they just kept saying, "I can't really tell you anything"......... When the conversation ended, they sprang up, went to the counter, and as I left, they didn't even say goodbye.. no, they didn't even look at me. I mean, if it's already like this before surgery, after surgery I guess I'd feel so sorry and honored that I wouldn't even be able to come near the clinic...??? I was so dumbfounded and upset that I almost said something.. but still, because they say the head doctor's skills are good.. I held it in and held it in again because I was thinking of getting surgery, and left... But thinking about having surgery at that clinic and running into them several more times already stresses me out. Even if it's a bit far, should I go to a different branch every time... Showing so openly that they hate the work they do, and working while looking down on customers... I wonder what meaning there is in that.... Leaving plastic surgery aside... I think that person is really pitiful.. Sigh... This turned into a total rant... I was someone whose whole day was ruined because of one person called the manager of some clinic.... I'm scared that if I wrote this, I'll be retaliated against when I go for surgery... They won't know, right?? -_-;; timid;;
