Nose Re-Surgery

I had revision surgery yesterday!! (Go read my first nose surgery review post)

After my first nose surgery failed, I spent months researching online and going to consultations, and yesterday I had revision surgery!!!!! My original nose was a short, low nose! The director at the first-surgery hospital removed my already scarce and weak septal cartilage, so my septum was deviated, and while using that septum to build up the columella, it was not scar tissue but the septal material that broke through and came out!! My rhinitis also got even worse.. Ha, I’m getting angry even while writing this. Anyway haha At the hospital where I had this revision, they said my asymmetry was quite severe and my septum was deviated, so complete correction would not be possible, but they would correct it as much as possible. I had revision surgery with functional nose surgery and custom silicone!!! After reading my first nose review post, so many people here worried about me and got angry for me like it was their own situation. It felt so reassuring, and I’m so grateful ❤️ For the revision, I had functional nose surgery + autologous costal cartilage + 3D custom silicone. On day 1, once the painkiller effect wore off, I thought I was going to die from the pain lol. Now it’s day 2, and after taking 2 Tylenol and the medication the hospital gave me, it’s bearable now.. I’m doing this revision thinking it will be my last, so I really hope it turns out well.. Before surgery, I signed a full model contract, and they said I’m not allowed to disclose the hospital information I’m scared to tell people even in private messages.. If I really had to give a hint.. if you look through my activity history, it’s the place I mentioned the most and was most interested in…! Is it okay to give a hint like this Anyway, I’m on everyone’s side. I hope everyone here is blessed with safe and satisfying results!! I originally have a bit of a protruding jaw, and my forehead bone is developed. But my nose was low compared with that (meaning my nasal bridge was low compared with my facial bone proportions), so the director adjusted it to fit my proportions! My upper lip is also on the protruding side, so they lowered the columella as well! Please cheer me on so I can have a good result!!!
