I had a consultation because I heard they were famous for revision facial contouring surgery. They really gave the consultation with great sincerity. In particular, they used Photoshop to let me check the before-and-after difference, and while accurately diagnosing my retruded chin, they considered the philtrum-to-chin-tip ratio and explained that 1:2 is the ideal ratio, then recommended lengthening. Seeing the explanation that showed expertise and how they accurately caught the problem areas made me think, 'I want to get it done here.' I also recommend trying a consultation once.
