In addition, I corrected everything: bulbous nose, short nose, nasolabial angle, and lowering the columella (I wonder why none of this was done during the first surgery;;;) I didn’t have contracture, but by my standards it wasn’t an easy nose either, so I went to a place famous for revision surgery and good with autologous costal cartilage to improve my upturned nose A hospital that’s good with autologous costal cartilage by my standards -> a place with many autologous costal cartilage reviews and a well-established examination system (CT + X-ray) as a basic requirement ++If I add more, it’s good if their AS/aftercare is also well handled.... Not just a place that simply says, “If the design isn’t good, we’ll provide AS,” but a place that clearly states things confidently, like “If the nasal tip droops, we’ll refund you” or “We’ll provide AS right away” I also had all the examinations done before going into this revision surgery, and they checked whether there was any calcification too Honestly, going under general anesthesia was really, really scary.... But having an anesthesiology director there made me feel more at ease, and I felt like I couldn’t get the nose I wanted unless I used autologous costal cartilage If I had to do it anyway, it’s better to do it somewhere good To get to the point and wrap up with the conclusion, the nose shape is above an 8 out of 10....
