This was a surgery where I felt there was an all-time low amount of swelling up to day 5 after surgery, but still, on day 3, it did swell a lot, though it went down quickly... haha Also, I felt the director was truly professional and full of responsibility because after surgery, they did not just leave me alone, but gave such close care that I thought, 'They are doing this much for me...?' haha I still remember the nurse who even helped fix the trauma from panicking because of my fear of injections. She was so warm For reference, I had no columella at all, and after a major contusion once, my nose was almost crushed, but they completely revived that nose of mine. Since I had a history of inflammation, I had no intention of using silicone, and the surgery I found was diced autologous costal cartilage surgery. There are not many reviews, so I am a bit worried about what it will be like after 2 years or 10 years, but at least in terms of not having to worry about warping, I think it was a good decision not to use solid rib cartilage. Please, I hope it does not get absorbed.. I hope it stays just like now.. I will need to watch it for at least 1 year and as long as 3 years, but still, the hospital staff seem responsible, so I feel reassured..
