I finally got my upper-arm fat taken care of!! The thing that stressed me out the most while dieting was really my upper-arm fat. My belly, thighs, and areas like that did shrink a lot when I lost 13 kg and got down to 42 kg, but my upper arms would not budge Even back then, my period had stopped for a few months or so, but my upper arms stayed the same... After that, I kept worrying about it and eventually decided to get liposuction. I looked up lots of reviews for different clinics, and this clinic seemed like the surgery results were very neat and well done, so I booked a consultation. When I went in, the director personally used an ultrasound on my arms to show me the thickness of the fat and explain everything, and since he explained everything kindly, I felt I could trust him!! Actually, I was considering one other place too, but this clinic said it could be done within the budget I had in mind, so I paid the reservation deposit right away and came back! On the day of surgery, they guided me well, and after it was over, they even gave me pumpkin juice!!! They said I had to wear the compression garment for 24 hours on the day of surgery, so I kept it on, and I even drove a long distance the next day, but it was more manageable than I expected! After that, they said I only needed to wear it for at least 8 hours a day, but wearing it actually felt more stable and comfortable, so I wore it continuously whenever possible... haha Around days 3-4, it was a bit hard haha.. That was when the swelling and pain were the worst, so I think I was mostly just lying down..! But once I got past that period, it gradually got better. Maybe I recover quickly, but daily life was not too difficult! I even had surgery on Monday and went to my part-time job that same weekend haha I can definitely see that my arm line has become much slimmer and smoother than before, so I feel proud every time I look in the mirror. I have not fully recovered yet, but since I can already see the results, I keep thinking I should have done it sooner.. To the point that I really feel it was such a waste to have worried about it for so long!!
