There were really, really a lot of people, and the doctor was so unfriendly.. Without saying anything, he strongly pulled under my eye, saying this is what happens if you get posterior lower canthoplasty, and I was very startled. He pulled so hard that the outer corner of my eye hurt until the next day. If he does this even during the consultation, I wondered how much it would be during surgery when I would be asleep, so my trust dropped. Other than that, when I asked things I was curious about, I did not get the feeling that he was kind in various ways. All the staff except the doctor were kind.
