Now that I’m in my 30s, starving myself and exercising is too hard, so I had been looking into liposuction clinics for several years. A few years ago, I went around to a few liposuction clinics, and this year I thought I really had to do it, so I researched here and there in person. I found out about a female doctor on YouTube who seemed obsessed with lines. Among all the routes I used to look into liposuction clinics, this was the one I was most looking forward to. They were promoting an event price on social media, and it was cheap because the price was by area regardless of the amount removed, so I applied. ㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡIn-person consultation reviewㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡ I traveled 3 hours from another region and arrived on time for my appointment. But they told me to wait because there were other people. (((From that moment, something felt off))) I waited for 1 hour. Someone who arrived after me got a consultation first, so I asked, “I came first, but could I possibly have been left out of the chart?” They said no and said, “The next person will be out very soon.” I waited again. They said they would do an InBody check, so I said okay. After the InBody check, I waited another 40 minutes. “Can I still not have the consultation? I came from far away and I have to leave because of my bus.” “They’ll come out in 5 minutes! They’ll be out soon.” “Okay.....” And then I waited another 20 minutes............. hahahahahahahahahahahahahaha I waited 1 hour, and after that 1 hour, I waited another 1 hour. In total, I waited 2 hours. I finally met the consultation manager. After checking my body and everything, they said my body line wasn’t severe in terms of weight, but because my bones are large, it’s a difficult case, so there would be an additional charge. They also said compression garments, anesthesia fees, etc. would cost extra. (My weight isn’t much different from a year ago, but it was way more expensive than other clinics...) Still, they said if I disclosed body photos + posted a review, they would do it cheaply at the event price. With the event discount, under the condition of leaving multiple reviews, the total price for the big 3 areas was around 7 million won..... I traveled 3 hours to get there, waited 2 hours for a consultation, had a 10-minute consultation, and left................ Then traveled another 3 hours back.......
The clinic is also in an area with expensive land, the interior is no joke, it’s famous on YouTube, and everything looks good, but they knew from the start that I was coming from another region, and even though I came from far away, they made me wait 2 hours, and on top of that, the price was different from the phone consultation, so I was like, what is this?! Why am I here?! Transportation costs back and forth, time..........
If it was going to be like this, we should’ve just done it over the phone.. I wonder why I came all the way there.... Everyone, don’t get fooled by the event price from that female liposuction YouTube doctor and go there...
