My implant-free rhinoplasty was a success lol

My nostrils/alar base were wide and my nasal tip drooped a lot, so overall it felt like the center of my face looked blurred and undefined. My nose has a slight hump and the tip is droopy, so they said there was also a method of lifting and supporting only the nasal tip without implants, and if I preferred a more dramatic look, autologous costal cartilage was also possible, but I don’t like dramatic looks, yeah. Director Yoon Young-sang said my facial left-right symmetry is different, so he would take that into consideration, and he checked every detail, including my skin thickness and columella size, then suggested lifting only the nasal tip without implants, so I suddenly felt a lot of trust~ So after the consultation, I booked the surgery right away. I’m the type who swells easily, so until day 3 after surgery, I was mentally crushed lol. My face was seriously swollen like a puffball. But as I entered week 1, the swelling went down and the line started to show, yeah. The height of my nasal bridge is still my own nose, so it looks natural, and once the nasal tip and alar line were refined, my nose looked much prettier and my impression looked clearer. The fact that my nose doesn’t spread when I smile is honestly shocking lol. I’m at week 2 now, and I’m comfortably doing simple makeup and living daily life without inconvenience. More than anything, when I take selfies, I feel like the original looks better than with a filter, so all I can think is that I’m glad I did it. Friends I met after a long time asked as soon as they saw me if I had lost weight lol. When I said I had rhinoplasty, they asked why it looked so natural and pretty. They said they didn’t even know I’d had surgery, so I stepped up like a clinic ambassador and explained everything enthusiastically. I was like, I did it without implants, and even without putting in an implant, it can turn out this natural and pretty~ lol.
