STEP 1. Consultation and design Arrived at the clinic trembling... I checked in briefly and had a consultation with the director When they asked about my areas of concern, I specifically pointed out the saddlebag area, which bothered me the most, and they carefully designed how the procedure would be done "Doctor.. can I really go to work tomorrow?" Start of procedure * Disinfection & local anesthesia They wiped with cold disinfectant cotton swabs ~ thoroughly disinfecting the whole thighs They gave the anesthetic injection, and it felt similar to the pain of the shot you get when you have a cold? It wasn’t enough to scream * Procedure They started right after anesthesia, and interestingly, it didn’t hurt when the needle went in, but they injected some kind of medication, and that felt really strange hahahaha gave me chills During the procedure, it was like a gross feeling I’d never experienced before? It wasn’t seriously painful, but my body trembled on its own... the feeling was unpleasant.. And pain came through here and there, but the director kept checking if it hurt, and the nurse massaged my feet, which somehow felt comforting? It was a foot rub where I could feel the concern... They did the back side first, then the front,, I think the procedure itself took about 1 hour to 1 hour and a half STEP 3. Right after the procedure When the procedure ended, they put gauze? cotton? something like that on the treated areas... They showed me the extracted fat and how many bottles came out I got 15 bottles They told me I endured it well and did a good job, but right after the procedure it didn’t hurt that much, so hahaha I felt relieved It really didn’t hurt But because of the medication, it was uncomfortable to move And after the thigh fat extraction injection procedure, I had laser treatment 20 minutes on the front and 20 minutes on the back After it ended, they told me to put on the leggings I’d brought and come out, so I came out, and they kept checking whether I felt dizzy and whether I could walk well; the nurse held me and walked with me to check,, I was touched... Also, the problem was that my thighs felt heavy because of the medication, but walking itself was fine hahaha I took the bus and got home safely ^_^ * ref. But the cotton attached to the treated area presses into the skin, and that hurts the most.. And it feels like body aches? About the level where your skin hurts when pressed during body aches! When sitting down and standing up, “Aigoo~!” comes out on its own It’s a tolerable level hahaha * Swelling Because of swelling + the medication injected during the procedure, my thighs became extremely thick It also feels kind of sloshy? * Bruising Bruising hasn’t appeared yet, but I think it might come up tomorrow or the day after tomorrow. * Daily life Since I walked home just fine, I think I’ll be able to go to work the next day too As long as I don’t walk fast or run, there isn’t major pain, so it doesn’t seem unreasonable end Conclusion. It still feels a bit hahaha too early to discuss the effect, but it feels like I’ve solved a task that had been lingering for N years, so I feel refreshed somehow? And I’m really, really looking forward to the swelling going down and the line becoming more defined from now on!!
