I wanted to take care of my trapezius muscles first, since they were my biggest concern, so I just booked a hospital appointment and went in. They said trapezius Botox is somewhat less effective and that resistance can develop, so they recommended trapezius reduction, which could address it in one go, and I ended up getting the procedure. That was already 1 year ago lol My upper body has always been on the fleshy side, so clothes didn’t sit nicely on me, and I really hated how the raised line made my neck look a bit short. It may not show well in photos, but when I touch my shoulders, the line itself has definitely gone down, and my neckline feels longer too. As for how long it lasts, there’s nothing more to say. I still have no issues at all. Right after the procedure, they said it could feel stiff and sore, so I thought, how bad could it really be? It wasn’t to the point that I couldn’t go about daily life, but the subtle stiffness and aching were a little bothersome. Other than that, I think it’s a fairly manageable procedure? The staff were very kind by my standards, so that still sticks in my memory a bit. They were so considerate with all sorts of conveniences that by the time I went in for aftercare, I almost felt undeserving lol I thought I wasn’t the type to care much about things like that, but even for a simple procedure, being treated kindly is definitely so much better than being treated unkindly lol Anyway, when my trapezius muscles were severely developed, even when I tried to keep my posture straight, there was this slightly awkward, hunched feeling? But after improving my trapezius muscles, my posture looks much better too. Needless to say, clothes look better on me as well~ Except for when I received swelling care in the beginning, I ended up going abroad right away, so since I came back to Korea after a long time, I went in for a follow-up and am leaving this review.
