Hi, I’m the person who posted a review last time, when I was about one week post-op, I think? I’m back again like this because a few questions were left in the comments, so although it’s late, I wanted to answer them and also leave my 3-month review
1. Was there a reason you had the incision under the breast? - It seems like other people usually do the armpit incision a lot, but the director recommended an inframammary incision for me. I had already had breast fat grafting surgery, and when I had an ultrasound, some of the fat that had been injected was still remaining, so I think that’s why. (ChatGPT explanation: An inframammary incision has the disadvantage of leaving a scar under the breast, but during surgery it makes it easier to secure the field of view and to place the implant in the correct position. So considering the uneven breast tissue where fat remained after fat grafting surgery, the conclusion was that it was quite reasonable.)
2. Did you have any rippling? - My skin tissue isn’t thin, and I didn’t put in implants that were excessively large, so I didn’t have the phenomenon where the implant and breast seemed to move separately. It feels like my skin isn’t sagging and has become firmer?
3. About pain - This is something I’m so, so satisfied with! Pain differs from person to person, but it wasn’t even enough that I needed to take medicine, and for me, I just disliked the feeling of the compression bra pressing on me for a week. I felt like I didn’t have breast pain.
4. If you get fat grafting surgery, does a lot of it disappear? - Hmm.. if anyone around me were thinking about this, I’d want to tell them not to do it After fat grafting, my breast size became exactly the same as before in just 2 months. (I was the person who thought, “Even if I get fat grafting, the fat will settle well and I’ll get bigger than before, right?” Yep, that was me. I just wasted money.)
5. Once the breast swelling goes down, does the size go down a lot? - I’ll upload recent photos. Compared to right after surgery, now all the swelling has gone down, so it did get a bit smaller. The breast size is the same, but visually I think you can see a difference.
6. Which one did you get? - I didn’t get Motiva. I got Sebbin because of the lower cost burden and fewer side effects.
