Consultation review for buried-suture surgery for asymmetrical eyes
I had consultations at On Air, Iwell, and Eye Contact, and even if I get surgery, my eyelid lines are asymmetrical to begin with, so I didn’t want a big change from here. I wanted to set the line heights slightly differently, so I was most curious about two things: whether surgery with different line heights was possible, and whether it could be done on only one side. It was hard to coordinate the timing, so I went to one clinic per day. (But if I ever go for surgery consultations again, I’ll definitely take a day off and visit all of them in one day. Doing the consultations spaced out like this seems to make the decision harder. I think going around to all of them in one day and deciding that day is best.)

Iwell Director Park Yun-yong This was the clinic whose reviews I liked the most, and there were a ton of clients. He said there are cases where surgery is done on only one side, but it’s better to do both sides. He said if I really insisted on doing only one side, it would be possible. For the line height, he said it’s possible as long as the difference isn’t too severe, but he recommended doing both sides and matching the lines.
Eye Contact Chief director The director was very gentle, and the consultation felt conscientious. He said setting the lines differently was possible. (He said that with the level of my original eye lines now, it seemed okay to set them that way.)
For now, the costs are almost the same, with less than a 100,000 won difference. Because I split the consultations into three separate visits, one clinic at a time, my mind changed every time I went. Now that I’ve been to all of them and am trying to choose, I don’t know what I should focus on most when deciding. It’s not even a major surgery, but I can’t choose ㅠㅠ Which place would be best? ㅠㅠ
