I went for a consultation because I needed revision rhinoplasty. I was worried because my columella had slightly collapsed from a previous surgery and I didn’t like the shape. The director looked at the CT with me and explained the issues, and summarized the pros and cons of each option, such as whether to keep the silicone and whether to use autologous cartilage. I liked that they didn’t insist unconditionally on autologous cartilage. It was my first time considering eye surgery, so I had a lot of concerns, but after looking at my eye condition, they recommended a line and incision method that would suit me. They explained that they value balanced results. They gave me only the necessary information clearly.
