I had a consultation with the chief director, and just like I saw in the reviews, his voice is tiny. He explains things calmly and well, and even when I asked questions, he answered sincerely. Rather than pushing things, his style seems to be that he’ll do it the way you want. I had a much longer consultation with the consultation manager, and there was a review discount, plus pressure to pay a reservation deposit, so it felt a bit burdensome. And the price is on the expensive side too.. There are many clinics where this price includes the second surgery, so whether the consultation details or reviews are worth paying that much for is something I need to think about.
