Before surgery, my nose looked slightly crooked from the front, but they tied the cartilage and even corrected the nostrils, so the crooked-looking feeling was removed They also did nostril elevation, so the feeling that the nasal alae looked thick was improved. There is no functional discomfort, and it has been just under 1 year since surgery, and it seems to have settled well, with the line and shape all turning out well. However, I do think I should have gone a little more dramatic Now that all the swelling is gone, it feels lower than I thought? I should have gone a little higher!!!!
