Experts, everyone... Please take a look at my photos. Last Friday, I raised my nose bridge by 3.5 mm with silicone, shaved down the very slight hump I had, and put ear cartilage in the nasal tip. I wanted it to look natural, so I didn’t raise it too much, and from the side, rather than making it completely straight, I kept a little of my old curved shape so it really was done naturally, literally speaking... Today is day 5 after surgery. Yesterday I went to the clinic and had the stitches inside my nose removed too. But the problem is... Yesterday, after the doctor personally checked my condition, they said, “Cases where the swelling goes down this quickly are really rare.” Then that means it seems like almost as much swelling has gone down as will go down... But to me, the glabella area looks awkwardly high, too (the line flowing from the forehead to the glabella and nasal bridge also looks vague), and the nasal tip is extremely blunt, like a bulbous nose... It just looks very awkward. The swelling in the nasal tip and glabella will go down more, right? Then I feel like it might look a bit better... How long will it take? I’m extremely worried. I’d really appreciate a lot of advice... *bows*

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Review of My Revision Rhinoplasty After 5 Years
5 years ago, I had my first rhinoplasty using donated costal cartilage and ear cartilage. What I wanted was a straight-to-slightly-curved line, but it didn’t come out the way I wanted. At first, I tried to just be satisfied with it, but it
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Is rhinoplasty difficult if I want to keep my dorsal hump?
I want to correct my bulbous nose, so I went to consultations at a few places. They all said that if they put cartilage in the nasal tip and raise the tip, they would have to shave down the dorsal hump on the nasal bridge and place silicone

I’m a man, and my nose used to have a slight hump, but it wasn’t high and was small, so it didn’t have a masculine feel, and it didn’t really look handsome either. This time, I had surgery with Director Kim Ji-hoon at Ppeulli Plastic Surger
