Hollow eyes after under-eye fat surgery

I have a consultation at a plastic surgery clinic coming up, but honestly I don’t really know the difference between under-eye fat removal and under-eye fat repositioning. I think removal is just taking out the fat, and repositioning seems like changing its position somehow, but I don’t know exactly. So I’m worried about which surgery would suit my face and how I should choose a hospital. I think the most certain way is to go to the consultation, ask the doctor directly, and get a method recommended for my condition. I booked consultations at Dr. B, O.B.J, and P.F.E. They say if you get the surgery done wrong, you can experience a lot of side effects, like reduced under-eye elasticity or sunken eyelids, so please, I hope I find a decent hospital.. There are also an enormous number of hospitals, so I respect people who get estimates and go through with surgery,,,
