I had a consultation with the consultant, and I don’t think I had a separate consultation with the director. The consultant recommended quite a few things, and the procedure felt a bit excessive, but I’m satisfied with the result. It does feel a bit like a filler factory, but because they do that much filler, I also thought they seemed skilled.
