I went for a consultation for lateral canthoplasty. They honestly told me that since the space at the outer corners is small, they wouldn’t be able to widen it much, so there wouldn’t be a dramatic effect. They said medial canthoplasty would be better instead. After the director, I went on to consult with the consultant, and they seemed professional because they had a lot of experience and knowledge. When I said my main purpose was to complement my face shape, I was told that fat grafting would be more effective than lateral canthoplasty. Looking at the before-and-after photos, it seems they pursue natural-looking eyes.
