I went to my first-ever consultation for double eyelid surgery. The consultant and staff were very kind in a friendly way rather than feeling fake, and as soon as they looked at my eyes, they explained what surgery I needed and why I needed it, and it was good that they directly held my eyes and forehead while explaining so I could understand the principle. But although I also didn’t properly ask about the surgical process, I was disappointed that I didn’t hear a detailed explanation about the surgery itself, and instead of telling me clearly, they explained it through body language. I’m planning to go for a second consultation and ask again~
