Basically, there tends to be a bit of a wait. I think the consultation time was about 20 minutes, and the consultation with the manager was about 10 to 15 minutes. They consulted with the kind of presence that shows experience. Their expertise is good. They also analyze my eyes systematically, and they informed me well in advance about the parts I might be curious about, so I didn’t need to ask additional questions separately. They didn’t just hold the line once or twice and end it; they tried to keep checking until I liked it. It wasn’t bad.
