I had surgery on the 1st.. It’s been 12 days now. I had it done using costal cartilage. You know, the famous.. ooo The shape and mouth-line correction are generally good, but the problem is... The foreign-body sensation is intense. Of course, since silicone and cartilage were inserted into my nose, it’s not possible to have no foreign-body sensation, but even when I stay still, this heavy and indescribable foreign-body sensation in my nose and philtrum... And what’s even more upsetting is that speaking or smiling is so difficult. My upper lip is fixed, so this is just... Even when I look in the mirror, it’s embarrassing... Because of my job, speaking and smiling are part of my daily routine, but every time I do, the philtrum area feels like it will tear or break. What should I do about this.. How long do these symptoms continue? Could forcing myself to smile or stretching the surrounding muscles cause a problem?? I’m starting to worry. I’d like to hear answers from people who had surgery here, about the recovery period and how natural it becomes, and how long that takes...
