Maybe I shouldn’t have removed the fat after all

I had surgery with buried sutures 2 years ago, and the left side ended up being a little thinner. It looked very natural, so it didn’t look like I’d had surgery at all. Maybe I made it too thin? I think it was 7 mm. Back then they said to remove the fat, but since it was morning and my eyes were just swollen, they said there wasn’t any fat, so I didn’t have it removed. This time I went with a friend, and while they said they’d just remove it, they also said the line that was different would be fixed. But it’s been about 3 days now, and both lines have become way too thin, it looks like hidden double eyelids, and because the two sides are uneven and the fat seems to have been removed, it even looks saggy. I’m going back in 2 days, but I don’t know if I should be thinking about a revision surgery. They said they always provide A/S aftercare. I’m worried it’ll look even weirder. Anyway, removing the fat made it look strange, so I’m annoyed. I was going to do a nose petite procedure, but I’m not going to. Might as well just do canthoplasty while I’m at it.... If anyone here has had fat removed like me, please give me some advice.
