I thought I had a small appetite lol. But when I got stressed, I was always holding snacks in my hand, like a squirrel... my desk was full of snacks, and my coworkers would say there were always snacks in my bag whenever they looked... Then one day I noticed my belly fat was sagging down onto the chair and almost touching it, omg. My pants already didn’t fit I wore only dresses every day, and when I took the subway and stood in front of the priority seats for pregnant women, I was more scared that someone might offer me their seat... because they might mistakenly think I was pregnant. That’s how much my belly stuck out like someone full-term pregnant... I was also scared I might develop diabetes, and my family already has a family history, so I needed to be careful... Luckily I was still healthy, so I needed to start dieting as soon as possible... but for someone who’s obese, even exercise only lasts three days before giving up you know what I mean Just the money I spent on gyms was enormous so I thought it would be better to go to a clinic with that money instead. I looked into clinics... and got treated with fat-extraction injections!! They said that if I lost weight before getting the fat-extraction injections, my lines could slim down more beautifully, so I also got prescription diet medication and went ahead with unlimited LAMS!! I’m really, really satisfied!!! Right now I’m losing weight and continuing my diet while also receiving aftercare. When I think about the money I spent in the past on exercise, personal training memberships, and going regularly... I should have just done LAMS... Honestly, the money I spent there and LAMS... are similar... so why did I exercise while crying and getting scolded by my PT trainer lolololol Back when I exercised, my PT trainer told me not to curse with my eyes lol. That’s how stressful exercise was for me... sigh... I can’t believe I can diet this happily by doing LAMS... I can’t believe that I’m the one who’s happiest about dieting lol
