Pinching? folding? after lateral and lower canthoplasty

Guys, is this normal?..  It’s kind of folded and tightly pinched inward. I think it was overcorrected. Will this leave a scar..? Does it normally go back like this ..? Or is it botched? 2 weeks post-op!
