I visited because the director, G.H.S., is said to be good at revision surgery for lowering the line. He gave me two options depending on how much the line would be lowered, and roughly showed me what each would look like. He explained that a slight reduction could be done by excision, and if lowered more, a double-incision method would be possible. He also said eye opening correction was necessary to match how much of the pupils are visible on both sides. The estimate was definitely more expensive than other hospitals. I'm planning to look around a bit more and think it over!
