It’s just absurd. When I went, the consultation manager handled the whole consultation, and they said I could only consult with the director if I made a surgery reservation. I mean, the director hasn’t even looked at my eyes, so what am I supposed to trust when making a surgery reservation? The consultation manager only looked at my reconsultation couple of photos a few times, then said, “Ah, I think incision and ptosis correction would work. You don’t need fat grafting.” Hearing that, I just couldn’t trust them, and I strongly felt their professionalism was lacking. I have no idea what they expect me to trust when they tell me to consult only with the consultation manager and book surgery. I was dumbfounded after the consultation and just left.
