This wasn’t my second surgery, but my third... It was a revision after a revision, and even after lifting it, it drooped, and even after lifting it again and again, the nasal tip kept drooping... Because of this, I ended up getting another revision. The materials were autologous costal cartilage and silicone, and they also harvested ear cartilage. This hospital doesn’t seem to use ear cartilage much, but I preferred a rounded nasal tip, and since it hadn’t been long since my previous revision, I think they reused the autologous costal cartilage, so ear cartilage was needed. Now, unlike my previous revision, it feels stable, and I’m at a point where I can confidently tell acquaintances who ask for information. I still have follow-ups left, so I’m spending my time calmly thinking things through~
