Lowering the line is definitely either making a second fold or excision... Both are surgeries that can leave a lot of scarring, so I think the more places you visit, the better!!

Seoul is probably better especially... if it’s a sausage line..? For now, I’m also looking at ㅇㅇㅋ and ㅊㅇ because they’re said to specialize in eyes...

Try also looking at places that have directors specializing in eyes. A lot of people go to places like ㅇㅁㄷ and ㅇㄴㅂ too

I don’t think that’s too few. I’ve also looked into Chai here; it does seem to specialize in eyes.
