Just like the title says... I've really been to consultations at several places, and for now I've narrowed it down to two candidates 1. Autologous costal cartilage + sedation anesthesia The consultation was fine too, but what bothered me was that instead of taking photos and showing me the shape with Photoshop, they drew it for me, which felt a little iffy But they did say the shape would come out well, like the photos I wanted An acquaintance I know said they’re going to have it done here at the end of November 2. Autologous costal cartilage + general anesthesia The consultation felt professional. They took all the photos to check the rib, and also took photos to look at the septum, so I was really drawn to it But I guess I’d say the general anesthesia was really kind of flustering None of the other places I had consultations at mentioned general anesthesia And the shape they set with Photoshop wasn’t insanely to my liking Where should I do it.. When I looked at reviews, I really like the shape from 1, but consultation 2 was professional, so I’m torn.. But even autologous costal cartilage for a first surgery makes me nervous, so is it okay to do general anesthesia too? Everyone, help me
쥬리공 You should go with what you like so you won’t regret it, the side you’re more drawn to

josjimun Who recommended autologous costal cartilage for a first surgery? Usually they take a CT of the septum first and then recommend it. For me, directly shaping it with a cotton swab gave me a much clearer feel than Photoshop. How was that?

곰돌탱턩 But whether they draw it or set it with Photoshop, in the end it’s the director’s prediction? aesthetic sense? something like that, so is there really any difference between drawing it and Photoshop..?

솜구름연이 I thought autologous costal cartilage was done under general anesthesia, but I guess it differs by hospital too
