The consultation with the director was done first. He pursues a natural-looking style, so he recommended a sub-brow lift rather than double eyelid surgery. Looking at other reviews too, it does seem true that he has a firm personal style.
During the consultation with the consultant, I saw before-and-after photos of other patients, and there were a few cases where the difference didn’t look that big. So I judged that compared with incisional double eyelid surgery, the expected surgical result was lower, and the sub-brow lift was also more expensive, so it ranked lower in priority.
