Single knot

They said they were going to do double single-knot buried sutures or something like that Anyway, after the buried method, are diagonal sewing marks like //// or scratches supposed to remain for 3 months? I heard that with buried sutures they only make a few needle holes, but why do I have scars that look like cuts like that?
