They understood the condition of my previous surgery well and explained it. When I asked questions, they answered everything in detail. Calm + gentle-speaking seems accurate. If you go in without preparing anything, the consultation fee might feel a little wasteful. It doesn’t seem like they proactively explain lots of things first. I prepared a long list of questions, so personally I didn’t feel the consultation fee was a waste. Maybe I dragged it out too long, because the manager quietly came in and stood there in the middle. I didn’t end right away, asked a few final questions, and then finished. They said revision surgery is possible one year after the previous surgery, so for now they told me to wait. While telling me the estimate, the manager also said my eyes don’t look very strange right now, so I should wait and visit again later. I was nervous because I had heard reviews saying the staff were unfriendly, but everyone was kind The surgical method also made sense, and although my expectations are high, the price is a bit high. I think it would have been better if I had done the surgery here instead of at the hospital that botched it
