Even one month after surgery, only one fat-grafted area was still very full, so I asked the clinic, but they said it would go down with time. I thought maybe the swelling was just going down slowly and waited, but whether it was overinjection or because fat grafting was done under the eyes, where lumps tend to form, 3 years later a hard nodule formed exactly in that fat-grafted area that had been full before.
