Review of 3-Part Facial Contouring + Nose Surgery

At a plastic surgery clinic, I had 3-part facial contouring (cheekbones, square jaw, chin, cortical osteotomy, masseter reduction, chin advancement) + nose surgery (custom implant, donated costal cartilage) It will soon be 1 month~:) I decided to have surgery because I was always bothered by my protruding lateral cheekbones and square jaw ㅠㅠ And by my extremely low nasal bridge with no dimensionality at all So I had tried procedures like nose filler and facial contouring injections in my own way.. But none of them had any effect.. I also felt like my face shape was usually a bone issueㅜ so I made up my mind and decided on 3-part facial contouring and nose surgery After deciding on surgery, I started doing a loooot of research online And the only place that made me think “this is it” was that clinic? They prioritize safety the most, and the directors also consulted with me without overtreatment, which was really helpful and good They also have CCTV, and I heard they carefully analyze the bones based on CT scans, so I trusted them and booked right away~!! I had the facial contouring done by Director Park Jong-rim and the nose surgery by Director Song In-su After surgery, my swelling has been recovering quickly and the major swelling seems to be going down fast too, so I’m very satisfied. It has only been 3 weeks, but the bruising disappeared a while ago, and every time I look in the mirror I think, “Can there really be this little swelling..?” hahaha In my previous post too, someone commented that I had little swelling and asked how I managed it At least 30 minutes of walking as a basic rule ⭐️Even if I was hungry, absolutely NO spicy or salty food ⭐️ I applied the ointment prescribed by the hospital to the incision areas on my nose, inside my mouth, and near the sideburns morning and evening After weeks 1-2, I did warm compresses instead of cold compresses, but after walking, if I felt heat, I used cold compresses. Right after surgery, in the very very early stage, my swelling and bruising went down to my neck and collarbones, so my neck looked a bit nonexistent and there was an issue where my collarbones seemed to disappear.. After all the stitches were removed in week 2, the major swelling started going down at a scary speed!!! Seeing things like this, I really think swelling and bruising are different for each person and how you manage swelling and how much you walk are important too! The scar tissue on my gums still feels a bit lumpy, and I can feel it when I run my tongue over it, but that gradually disappears over time, so I’m not worried at all! I’m just so curious what I’ll look like after about 3 months..!!! Now that it’s almost been a month, every friend I meet around me says it turned out so natural and good, and says they want to do it too, that they’re getting the urge for cosmetic surgery, and every time they make eye contact with me they tell me I’m pretty, so my self-esteem is going up and up hahaha Soon I’m also going to do the ponytail hairstyle I wanted to do but couldn’t Because of my nasal bridge and face line;; I absolutely never took side-profile photos, but even when photos are taken casually, my nose line and jawline come out well, so I’m very satisfied..❤️ Even when I casually look in the mirror, my face shape and nose just raise my self-esteem so much..ㅠㅠㅠ If you’re someone who pursues both naturalness and glamour, I definitely recommend this clinic~! Director Park and Director Song are the best, the best ㅠㅠㅠㅠ
