When I explained the surgery I wanted and the direction I wanted, the director looked it over and explained things like, this part seems doable, and this part is why it wouldn’t work. The director seems to prefer a natural result and to avoid surgeries with side effects. I consulted about the eyes and the nose. For the eyes, because I have a bit of pseudo-strabismus, they recommended epicanthoplasty, but because the distance between my eyes and eyebrows is too small, they said eye shape correction wouldn’t be possible. Since I’m male, they recommended an incision with a very subtle inner double eyelid instead of a full double eyelid. For the nose, they said the nose doesn’t have enough extra tissue and the tissue is too hard, so bridge surgery could cause the side effect of the nose lifting, so they did not recommend it. For the tip, they only recommended tying the tip cartilage with ear cartilage.
