I went in for a consultation with Director Kim Jin-woo. He spent the consultation carefully feeling around my nose. I asked the consultation manager more questions than I asked the director. I had a 20-minute consultation with the director, and now that I think about it, they didn’t show me any before-and-after photos. Instead, they used a cotton swab to estimate the cost (?)
