I brought quite a lot of questions.. Since the image I want and the style I like are so firm and clear, I kept emphasizing that. But the doctor answered kindly, and the doctor greeted me with a smile, so I felt good. But because it was my first nose consultation, even though I usually smile easily, my expression became very stiff, my speech was awkward, and I was just very nervous. What’s disappointing is that there was something I wanted to ask about facial contouring, but I couldn’t ask, so that’s really disappointing,, I wanted to ask about a nose that would suit my facial contour.. Anyway, that’s how it was.. Before the consultation, they took a CT scan. With that, they checked the septum, said what the septum size was like.. So the consultation went in the style of, it seems the surgery would be done this way. I didn’t particularly think they were conservative.. I felt that they were trying to match my needs as much as possible, so I’m considering going for another consultation in November. Also, whether there’s a way to do it without using costal cartilage.
